Library hours

The hours during which a library building is open to its users. Hours may fluctuate based on seasons, holidays, the school year, and staffing/budget availability. In academic libraries, for example, the building may be open extended hours during finals week.
More and more library resources and services are available to users via a library Web site at all hours, including some virtual reference services. And, in some situations, wireless Internet connections provided by libraries are used outside of their operating hours.
