Biblioclast
From LISWiki
(Redirected from Biblioclasts)
A person who destroys books. Fortunately this mental aberration occurs infrequently.
However, when it does occur, it can be a dangerous result of mass anti-intellectualism. Such famous instances include the public book burnings during Nazi-Germany.
Depictions of large-scale biblioclastic behavior are found in famous literary works such as Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury.
