Date due slip

A date due slip is a card or slip of paper inserted in an item charged from a library collection, or a small printed form attached to the inside of the front or back cover on which is stamped the due date (the date the item is due back in the library).
These are most often inserted or stamped by staff during checkout at the circulation desk. Also, these may take the form of receipts printed at the end of checkout whether it is done by a library employee self-checkout.
